Proper management of the chapter is important to the Board of Directors. This year we established key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist future Directors and Officers of the Board with such Chapter Management activities.  Transparency is very important to ensure the sustainability and success of this Chapter, and to ensure high standards of behavior.
