Proper management of the chapter is important to the Board of Directors, as well as to the members. The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) assist Directors and Officers of the Board with Chapter Management activities.  Transparency is very important to ensure the sustainability and success of this Chapter, and to ensure high standards of behavior.
